MILNE, Robert Dunbar - It is with much sadness that family of Robert Dunbar Milne (Bob) announce his passing at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto on April 12, 2018, at the age of 63.
Bob will be remembered by his mother Patricia Milne, his sisters Sandra (Sam) and Terry (and her family Denis, Danielle and Justin), his special friend Jude in England and his many online friends.
He is predeceased by his father John Milne.
Bob graduated from the University of Toronto in 1980.
He had fond memories of his adventures backpacking through Europe. He was a fan of classical music, reading books, attending concerts, watching sports (particularly hockey) and spending time at the family cottage.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Friday, May 25th, 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. at Trinity Church, 79 Victoria Street, Aurora. Memorial donations may be made to the North York Harvest Food Bank and Red Door Family Shelter.
The family would like to thank the caregivers at St. Michael's Hospital and particularly Dr. Irfan Dhalla for the exemplary care he provide.
