BLACKBURN, Violet May - September 1, 1925 - May 12, 2018
A much loved wife, mother and nana, Violet May Blackburn, passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on May 12, 2018.
Predeceased by her knight in shining armour, Kenneth Andrew (2011), she leaves Bob (Penny), Rick (Deb) and Anne (John) behind to mourn her loss.
Cherished nana of Scott, Robyn (Shane), Michael (Tina), Jared, Justin (Lisa) and proud great-nana of Abbie, Jeremy, Emily, Lachlan, Amelia, Raven, Hunter and Katelyn.
The family would like to extend their thanks to Diane, staff and friends at Telfer Place, Dr. C. Hanley, CCAC, LHIN, Dr. B. Macneil, the Outreach Pain Management team and Dr. Legere and the palliative care team at Brantford General Hospital.
A private funeral will take place in Willowdale.
Mom is once again dancing in heaven with her one true love.
