NEWTON, Paul Gerrard  - At the Deep River and District Hospital on Thursday, May 24, 2018.

Paul Newton, age 80 years.

Beloved husband of Frances (Sue) Newton (neé Evans). Loving father of Michelle Rose and her husband Bill of Point Alexander, Karen Robertson and her husband Larry of Port Perry and Lynda Casselman and her husband Randy of Trenton.

Cherished grandfather of Jamie and Andrew McCauley, Amanda and Jared Casselman and Crystal Mosey and Jennifer Muntz and 3 great-grandchildren Jayden, Jack and Cheyenne Muntz.

Dear brother of Anne Milley and her husband Bob of Burlington, Tom Newton and his wife Ann of Vernon, BC, Lynne Adams and her husband Don of Balderson, Peter Newton and his wife Adele of Mississauga and David Newton.

Predeceased by a sister Joan Watt and sister-in-law Mary Evans. Also survived by a brother in-law Dan Watt of Binbrooke and a sister-in law Sue Evans (neé Plante) and her late husband Peter of Almonte.

Friends may call at the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River on Sunday, May 27th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Deep River on Monday, May 28th at 11:00 a.m. Followed by cremation.

In memoriam donations to the Grimes Lodge, Ottawa, the Deep River and District Hospital Foundation or the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be gratefully appreciated.
