With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Silvia Del Fatti on Wednesday, June 13, 2018.
Predeceased by her loving husband Gervasio Del Fatti.
Loving mother of Peter (Laura), Frank (Teresa) and Daniel (Laura).
Cherished grandmother of Andrew, Matthew, Mark, Claire, Jenna and Eric.
She will be dearly missed but lovingly remembered by her many family and friends.
Friends and family will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road, Weston, on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Victory Church, 117 Guestville Ave. at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. Following the Mass, Interment will take place.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to The Alzheimer Society.
