CORBETT, Peggy - Passed away peacefully on June 14, 2018 in her 93rd year, 41 years after Robert (Bob), the love of her life.
Loving mother of Ian (Donna) and Jane (John).
Peggy will be missed by her loving grandchildren Adrienne, Jonathan (Kilauren), Emily, Jessica (Brad) and Kendra and great-grandson Owen and her cousin Heather Carnell (George).
Peggy was born in Wolverhampton, England and met Robert (Bob) when he boarded at her house.
After living in Rhodesia for a year they moved to Canada for better job opportunities for the first time in 1953.
Missing family while pregnant with Jane they returned to England in 1960 before permanently moving back to Canada in 1967.
Along the way Peggy made many good friends and always enjoyed dancing and eating her sweets. She will forever be missed.
Visitation will be held at Parkwoods United Church (85 Parkwoods Village Dr., North York, ON M3A 2X9) on Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 1-2 p.m. followed by a service to celebrate her life at 2 p.m.
