Panagiotidis ChristosPANAGIOTIDIS, Christos  -  May 25, 1927 - June 18, 2018

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Pappou Christos Panagiotidis on June 18, 2018 at 1 a.m.

He passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the age of 91 at Dorothy Ley Hospice in Mississauga.

Survived by his wife Katina; loving father to Anastassia (Konstantinos) and Vangeli; adoring grandfather to Jenny (Mark), Christine (Gary), Maria (Joe) and Michelle; and proud and doting great-grandfather to Gabriella, Isabella and Bernard Konstantinos.

Whether he was working on his farm in Greece, his brother's farm in Australia or in his garden in Mississauga, Pappou always had a love for working outside. His extensive knowledge and passion for gardening and his ability to fix the unfixable were just some of the qualities that we admired of Pappou Christos. However, his greatest enjoyment was spending time with family and friends, sharing a meal and telling stories.

A true gentleman, he was loved by everyone he crossed paths with. Pappou will forever be missed and in our hearts.

Visitation at Scott Funeral Home - Mississauga Chapel, Mississauga, ON L5A 1X5, on Wednesday, June 20th from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service at Prophet Elias Greek Orthodox Church, 1785 Matheson Blvd. E., Mississauga, ON L4W 1H9 on Thursday, June 21st at 10:00 a.m.
