KARAKAS, Lucie Claudia (nee GROSSO) - Passed away surrounded by the love of her family at the Stedman Community Hospice on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at the age of 55.
Beloved wife of Ken for 20 years. Loving mother of Matthew.
Cherished daughter of Giovanni and the late Rafaella Grosso.
Dear sister of Antonio "Tony" and his wife Elizabeth Rodriguez Grosso.
Much loved aunt of John Anthony (Stephanie Peden), Nicolas Alexander and Jillian Beth (Andrew Forbes).
Adored great-aunt of Carter, Kiera and Jordyn. Lucie enjoyed a 29-year career as a realtor.
She also served on the BRREA board for many years and was proud to be a "Hockey Mom." The family will receive friends at the Toll Funeral Home, Brantford, on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Cremation to follow.
Donations in memory of Lucie can be made to the Stedman Community Hospice.
