Nimeck HelenNIMECK, Helen Joyce (nee SOUTHAM)  - Passed away suddenly on Monday, July 30, 2018 at the age of 86.

Helen "Joyce" Nimeck, born in Pierson, Manitoba, was the third child of Gordon and May Southam.

Joyce often referred to her prairie upbringing as the reason for her core values of honesty, generosity and warmth. Her motto being, "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift.

That is why it is called 'The Present'." Always positive, happy and grateful, Joyce will surely be missed but never forgotten. Beloved wife of the late Edward (Ed) Nimeck.

Loving mother of Scott (Robin), Reg (Isabella) and Gordon (Vera). Cherished grandmother of Jacob, Kristopher, Isabella, Antonia and Jacqueline.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga, on Monday from 5-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at 11 a.m.

For those who wish, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
