It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our dear husband, father and grandfather after a long and full life.

Son of the late Goldie and Albert Schwenger. Son-in-law of the late Viola and Jim Handy.

Devoted husband and best friend to Lynda (Handy).

Cherished and much loved father of Susan (Tim Restoule) and Ken (Pam Yates). Proud and loving Grandpa to Allan and Jamie. Predeceased by sister Lucille (Barry Yates) and brother Wallace (Jean Bird). Much loved brother-in-law to Lynda's family Don, deceased (Marj, deceased and Gloria), Joan, deceased (Lloyd Fletcher), Mervyn (Alice DeForge), Janice (Bill Spring) and Carol (George Provost). He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

Murray withstood the challenges of living with cancer for many months with grace and dignity and showed us all a way to hold onto joy, peace and humour in the most trying of circumstances. He taught us how to be brave.

Our sincere thanks to the medical team at Princess Margaret Hospital, especially Drs. Waldron, Butler, Zimmerman, family doctor, Dr. Collins-Williams and The Dorothy Ley Hospice. Words cannot express the love and care shown to Murray by family and friends. They did not know how to stop giving. Thank You.

Funeral Service on Tuesday, May 14th.

Private family will take place at a later date.

Donations in memory of Murray may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, The Dorothy Ley Hospice or The Humane Society.

Gerald Skipwith beloved husband of Lorraine of Port Perry. Loving father of Gerry (Donna) Skipwith, Debbie DeCaire (Steve Blanchet), Diedra Cruwys (Chuck Barkworth) and Rachel (Ryan) Cruwys.

Dear grandfather of Sarah and Michael Skipwith, Mia and Wesley Cruwys. Gerald will be missed by his first wife Frieda Skipwith and his mother in law Vera Mills. Brother of Virginia Quance, brother in law of Julie (Doug) Dunn, and his nephew Ian Dunn.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Gerald will be held in Port Perry on Saturday May 11th with a reception to follow.

Memorial donations to Ducks Unlimited would be appreciated.

Thea will be dearly missed by her extended family and many friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church, 3800 Courtice Road N., Courtice on Monday, May 13th at 11 a.m.

The family would like to express many thanks to the wonderful caregivers at Harmony Estate Seniors' Residence, Courtice and New Orchard Lodge Nursing Home, Ottawa, as well as to Doctors Mes and Fung for their care.

After courageously battling cancer for seven years, Bob passed away peacefully on May 7, 2013 at the age of 66.

He will be loved and forever missed by his wife, Peggy and his children, Drew (Ngaire), Kate (Sean), Heather and Allison. "Papa No Hair" will also be remembered fondly by his grandchildren, Mackenzie and Brynn. Bob will also be sadly missed by the Davis family and the Coyle and Crichton rellies in Scotland.

Always an original, Bob will be remembered by many for his outstanding renovations, creative carpentry and his talented works of art.

We will miss his dry Scottish humour, the sparkle in his eye and his wicked guitar solos.

Never one to stand on formality, Bob's request was to simply celebrate his life so no funeral will take place at this time.

In his memory, donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto for their support over this journey. Until we meet again....

Surrounded by family, at the London University Hospital, on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, our irreplaceable Harvey Kerry Goldmintz, 56, unexpectedly passed away.

Son of Murray and Betty Goldmintz. Loving father of Bryna (predeceased), Heather (Brad), Shawn, Melissa, Melanie and Laura. Sister of Debby. Zadie of Brandon and Sophia Lequyere. Fiancé of Penny Carr (Daniel, Kristen). Harvey of Clarksburg, Ontario, born in Toronto, Ontario on January 30, 1957 was taken from us far too early . Harvey was a man who devoted his life to his family and always put others before himself.

His selflessness, loyalty, kindness and generosity to others is indescribable. Harvey will be greatly missed by his friends, family and others who had the privilege to have known him.

Harvey demonstrated his unique sense of humor and his love of family until the very end.

A Graveside Service will be held.

The family wishes to announce Eddie's passing at St. Joseph's Health Centre on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the age of 92.

Beloved husband of the late Victoria (nee Korzak), loving father of Bob, Dawn and son- in-law, Brent and proud Papa of Leah (Stef), Jill and Cole (Christina).

Survived by his brother, William (Babe) Gresko.

During WWII Eddie served with the RCAF as an Air Force Musician.

After his release he worked at Massey-Ferguson for over thirty years, but music remained his passion.

Eddie will be remembered for his musical talent and the joy he got entertaining people.

For the past eight years, Eddie was a resident at Copernicus Lodge and the family would like to express its gratitude for the kind and loving care he received.

In 1939 he joined the Reconnaissance Corps. of the British Army, demobilized with the rank of Major. He was then appointed to the British Diplomatic Service in Athens.

In 1949 he became Editor-in-Chief of the "Athens News". In 1953 his journalistic career brought him to Canada where he joined the CBC, retiring as the head of CBC Television News and CBC Film Service. John was a life-long member of Rotary, in Toronto and Newmarket.

He was a former Director of the CNE and an Hon. Director of the Toronto and North York Hunt.

The family would like to express their deep gratitude to the Palliative Care Team at Southlake.

Cremation has already taken place.

A Celebration of John's life will be held for family and friends at RedCrest Golf and Country Club, 17700 Keele Street, Newmarket on Sunday, June 9, 2013 from 1 - 4 p.m.

LARRETT, Doris Jane -

Fifteen months after her diagnosis with cancer, Doris passed peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, May 7, 2013.

She was a loving mother to her two sons Michael and David and a caring partner to her fiancé Ron.

She also leaves behind her beloved sister Jenny, who cared for her during her year-long treatment.

Her greatest wish was to be a grandmother; a wish that was never realized because cancer took her so young - she was only 55.

A private family service has already taken place.

We'll miss you greatly.

Wonderful grandma of Lauren, Becky, Andrew, Tavis, Meghan, Dylan, Jennifer, Nicole, Emily.

LEWIS, Kenneth Frederick, C.A. -

Passed away at Markham Stouffville Hospital on May 7, 2013, after a long illness.

Ken is lovingly remembered by his wife Sibylla, sons Rob (Paula) and David (Maureen), sisters Margaret and Elizabeth, brothers Ivan and Gordon.

Fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, two great-nieces and a great-nephew.

Ken graduated from Queen's Commerce in 1958 and completed his C.A. at Clarkson Gordon.

He started his own accounting firm in 1976, retiring in 2008.

Cremation has taken place.
