It is with deep sadness that the family of Hazel Madill announces her passing on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at the age of 83. At the time of her passing, Hazel was at home with family by her side.

Hazel was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, William Madill.

Loving mother of Reg (predeceased) and Patty. Adored Gramma of Daryl (Tara) and Stacy (Justin). Proud Great Gramma of Carys, Ethan, Brynn, Penelope and Abigael.

Sister of Beatrice (predeceased), Irma, Ivan (predeceased), Ross (predeceased), Marlow, Vera, Norma and Patsy (predeceased).

Family will receive friends at the Mangan Funeral Home, 332 Osborne St., Beaverton on Friday, March 13th from 6 – 9 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 14th at 11 a.m. Spring interment, Gooderham Ontario.

Beloved wife of Vincent Merrick.

Loving mother of Terri and Gary Adams, Larry and Liz Pato, Stephen and Trudy, David and Vesna. Adored Nanny of Kyle and Trish, Dean, Michael, Devin, Tyler and Inara, Mackenzie and Darryl, Andrea and Adolfo, Kevin and Whitney, Elyse, Stephanie, David, Taylor, Tyson, Alex, and Emma. Cherished great-grandmother of Drew, Bryson, Holton, and Mya. Survived by her brother Alan Taylor and Bernadette.

Predeceased by her siblings George Taylor and Doreen Dodson.

The family will receive friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Friday afternoon 2 - 4 and evening 7 - 9 o'clock.

Bob, beloved husband for 55 years of Joan (nee Kerr). Loving father of Joanne (George), Janice (Rob), Victoria (Les) and Bobby (Tamara).

Devoted grandfather to his eight grandchildren, Stephen (Kate), Michael, Christine, Ashley, Kevin, Sarah, Erin and Mackenzie.

Bob, was born and raised in Toronto. He was a proud 65 year member of Local 46 & 22 year member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch #135, Beaverton. He also spent over 50 years on Lake Simcoe.

Special thanks to the Doctors & Nurses at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital.

A Celebration of Bob's life will be held in Orillia on Saturday, March 14th. A private family interment will be held at a later date.

With sadness we announce the passing of Ivana on March 11, 2015 at Humber River Hospital (Church) at the age of 86.

Predeceased by her husband Armando (April 15, 2000), she leaves behind her beloved children Lou (Maria) and Carla (Jean-Paul Gauthier).

Proud Nonna of Erica, Gregory, Julia, Amanda and Michael, Ivana will be missed by her surviving sister Doriana Rosa, her niece, nephews and extended family and friends.

Family was very important to Ivana. We have fond memories of wonderful family meals at Nonna's house, her entertaining stories and most of all her infectious smile.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Norbert's Church (100 Regent Rd. - Wilson Ave., west of Dufferin St.) on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. Entombment will follow

Beloved wife of 67 years to the late Norman Kenneth Taylor.

Loving mother of Elizabeth Bartlett (Wayne), Glenn (Barb) and Cathy. Proud grandma of Erin Nguyen (Bob), Cathy Wilson (Lorne), Amorena and Alana and great-grandma of Signy, Audrey and Tucker. Survived by her brother Robert Cockfield. Marguerite dedicated a lifetime to volunteer work, including 33 years on the Executive Board of the United Church Women (UCW) for Newtonbrook United Church (now known as Cummer Avenue United Church).

Graduate of Western Tech and former employee of Dominion Glass.

The Taylor family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Sunrise of Aurora for their compassionate care.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 18th from 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Service will be held on Thursday, March 19th at 11 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow.

(1930 - 2015)

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Michael O'Shea Watson, who passed away at 84 years of age on March 11, 2015 in Kelowna, BC. with his family by his side.

Although born in Detroit, Michigan, he spent the majority of his life in Toronto raising his family and practising family law for over 50 years. It was only in the last year that he moved to Kelowna, BC.

Predeceased by his son Michael, he leaves behind his wife Ann, daughters Kelly and Sarah, sons-in-law Darryl and Edward and his six grandchildren Shea, Luke, Rachel, Hannah, Grace and Callum.

All those who knew Michael will remember his love of law, his pets and his garden.  We will miss his biting humour, clever wit and stubborn determination.

He fought until the end and we would expect nothing less from him.

February 8, 1916 - March 11, 2015

Phyllis passed away peacefully at the Harold & Grace Baker Centre, after a long life of service to her country and to her fellow man. She graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1941 from Misericordia Hospital, Winnipeg.

Thereafter she served in the Canadian Army Medical Corps as a Second Lieutenant Nursing Sister.

Following her discharge she attended the University of British Columbia majoring in Public Health.

 Phyllis married Donald Webber in 1948 and they moved to Toronto where she joined the nursing staff at St. Joseph's Hospital. She served faithfully at St. Joseph's for many years until her retirement.

Phyllis was predeceased by her parents and her sisters Georgie Aiken and Josephine Stewart and her husband Donald, who passed away in 1988. She is survived by her son Kenneth.

A private family interment has taken place.

It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Father and Grandfather Earl. With loved ones at his side, Earl age 75, passed away peacefully at the Collingwood hospice on Tuesday, March 10th, 2015.

Predeceased, son Dougie Bentley and daughter Leeann Bentley.

Earl is survived by his best friend and companion June Stone of Wasaga Beach; son Les Bentley and wife Helen (nee McLean) and son Wayne Bentley and girlfriend Lori (Jarrett). Loving Grandfather to Richard Bentley and Racheal Bentley. Uncle to Brent Bentley and wife Amanda Bentley, Great Uncle to Hattie and Elsie. Brother to Glen Bentley and wife Diane Bentley.

Earl was well known throughout the Halton community for his water delivery business.

He loved to play cards and darts and travel across Canada and the U.S. He always enjoyed the unexpected visits from friends and family. A yearly highlight for Earl was attending the Bentley family reunions held in Mono where he would catch up with relatives, looking at family pictures and enjoying the good food.

For all the times we shared, and all the things that have enriched our lives during our journey with Earl, we can be truly thankful.

Our sincerest thanks Dr. Kitai and to the caring team at Campbell House Hospice in Collingwood.
