Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, January 9, 2015 at the Georgetown Hospital.

Manfred will be missed by his loving wife of 52 years Melitta Stelter and by his children Georg (Karen) Stelter, Paul (Corinna) Stelter, Monika (Jean-Philipe) Gonthier and Sabine (Guillaume) Poirier. Dear grandfather of Caleb Poirier and Uncle to Erika Coello.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Manfred's life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (9441 Wellington Road 124, Erin, Ontario N0B 1T0).

Memorial contributions to Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sheila Stephenson at the age of 57.

Sheila leaves behind her children John (Rachael), Kevin, Sherie and Brandy.

She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Cassie, J.D (Chelsey), Alex, Makanna, Devon, Cameron, Raven, Ty and Syrissa.

She is predeceased by her parents Gord and Betty Stephenson and her guardians Murray and Barb Beelby. She will be forever missed by her siblings Ken (Laura), Carol (Tim), Gord, Ross and Debbie (Norm) as well as her many nieces and nephews and extended family.

Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Wednesday, January 14th from 10- 11 am.  Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 11 am. Interment GROVESIDE CEMETERY, Whitby.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Oshawa Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.

Peacefully at Wyndham Manor in Oakville on Friday, January 9, 2015 in her 90th year. 

Beloved wife of the late Norman H. Stuckey (2007); dear mother of Elizabeth Argue (Steven), Barbara Caccamo (Mario) and Paul (Karen Cohen); cherished Grandma of Michelle (John), Andrew (Trish), Bryan (Sarah), Michael (Kailey), Melissa, Emma, Erin, Mitchell and baby Shaylee (2001); Great-Grandma of 6-week-old Tristan. Predeceased by her brothers William (1944) and Jack (1997); survived by her brothers Phil (Lorna) and Gordon (Joyce) and sister-in-law Elise. Flora will be sadly missed by her extended family of nieces and nephews and all who knew her.

Flora was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, in 1925 as the only daughter to David and Elizabeth Mitchell.

 We thank the staff of Wyndham Manor for the wonderful care they provided Flora over the last four years. A special "thank you" to the dedicated PSWs from Tender Loving Care of Oakville. Friends may call at Turner & Porter "Butler Chapel", 4933 Dundas Street West (between Islington and Kipling Avenues), on Wednesday, January 14th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul's Bloor Street Anglican Church, 227 Bloor Street East (between Church and Jarvis), at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 15, 2015.

Devoted husband of 60 years to Claire Wannop (predeceased, 2007). Loving father of Gail and Donna. Cherished brother of Norma, Vera Campbell, Harvey and Elmer (all predeceased).

Irvine was a loyal employee of Bell Canada, in Hamilton, for 42 years.

Friends are invited to gather in Toronto on Tuesday, January 13th. Cremation has already taken place.

Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Hospital in his 83rd year.

Devoted husband of 58 years to Cynthia.

Loving father of Jeff (Heidi) and Richard (Kim and her son Ethan). Loving gramps to Evan and Natalie. Brother of Pam Casey (Keith). Predeceased by his mother and father. Gil was born in Cardiff, South Wales and came to Canada in 1970 with his wife Cynthia and sons.

He worked at the North Bay Psychiatric Hospital until his retirement. He was a member of the North Bay Masonic Lodge, No. 617 and St. John's Chapter, No. 103.

A memorial service will be held at MORRIS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4 Division St, Bowmanville on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 2pm with visitation 1 hour prior to the service.

If so desired, donations may be made to the Parkinson Society of Canada or the charity of your choice.

Many thanks to the hospital staff on the second floor for the compassion and care they gave to gilbert.

Proud great-grandmother of seven beautiful children.  Caring sister of nine Hannan siblings and treasured aunt of many nieces and nephews. 

According to her wishes, she has been cremated.  There will be no visitation.  

A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church at 3055 Bloor St. W. at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 31. 

She will be greatly missed, always loved and forever remembered for her kind and generous heart.

D-Day Veteran Passed away on January 8, 2015 from natural causes at the age of 92.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife Vicky in 1988 and is survived by his sons Len (Barb), Eric (Pat) and his 3 grandchildren: Kathryn, Stefanie and Christine.

Along with his late brother Jack, he founded Babiak Floor Coverings Ltd. during the 1960s.

Stan kept active working on his neatly maintained 10-acre lot near Tottenham until the Fall of 2014.

He attributed his longevity to a love of beer and an avoidance of medical professionals.

At Stan's request, there will be no funeral and no visitation.

Donations in memory of Stan can be made to Matthews House Hospice in Alliston.

Interment to follow at St. Wolodymyr and St. Olha Ukrainian Cemetery.

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 8, 2015 after a short battle with cancer.

Born in Toronto, June 16, 1929 Stuart loved to share his passion for travelling and people. 

He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 61 years, Lorraine (nee Uffelman) and his children Suzanne, Nancy (Tim), Barbara and William (Bill) (Shazrina) and sorely missed by his grandchildren Aiden, Daniel and Ryan, his sister Anne Hood and her family, as well as numerous family and remarkable friends. Stuart graduated from Trinity College at the University of Toronto in Honours Geography 5T1, followed by post graduate work. He joined his father Walter into the wallcovering business, Walter L. Brown Ltd., where they imported and distributed grass cloth, eventually expanding their product line firstly with Sanderson & Son Wallpaper and then many lines from the US and Europe.

Stuart served as President of the Canadian Paint and Wallpaper Dealers Association and was President of the Wallcovering Wholesalers Association. In 1977, he received the Allman Award for lifetime achievement in the industry worldwide.

Stuart received a lifetime honorary membership in the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO). He was on the Advisory Council of the International Interior Design Show.

Stuart was also President of the Canadian Importers Association, participating in two major trade missions to the USSR ('74), followed by China ('75).

He was on the Advisory Council of the International Interior Design Show. He was also a member for many years of the Junior Chamber of Commerce, the Metropolitan Board of Trade and the Toronto Board of Trade (Paper Hatter's) Club, as well as the Empire Club.

Many of his closest friends were ones he had met through the wallpaper business and St. Bride's Church and whom remain great friends today. He was a delegate member of the Synod and Council member for the Church.

 Funeral service will be held at St. Bride's Anglican Church, 1516 Clarkson Rd. N., Mississauga, on Wednesday, January 14th at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Bride's Anglican Church or the CNIB (Canadian National Institute for the Blind).
