Sybil Foster, wife of the late Dick Foster, died in Toronto in her 94th year on May 15, 2013.

She will be deeply missed by her children Kevin (Robin), Michael (Betty), Patricia (Jim), Susan (Bill), Stephen (Jane) and David (Jill), 19 grandchildren, 22 great- grandchildren and by the entire extended family.

We will celebrate her life on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Bonaventure's Catholic Church, 1300 Leslie St., Toronto.

A reception will follow the service.

Passed away peacefully May 13, 2013. Born November 30, 1922 in Sault Ste Marie, ON.

Resident of Mississauga, ON since 1952.

Predeceased by her parents Herbert and Georgina, brother Jack. Happy and busy with family, friends, the church, golfing, music and a seniors scrabble champ. She was a tireless volunteer on behalf of the Canadian Cancer Society and the Chelsey Park Care Home.

June was a skilled draftsperson and enjoyed her career at A.V. Roe, ITE Circuit Breaker and Demag. As a 'Wren', she proudly served her country 1944-45.

Left to mourn are sons Glenn (Dianne) of Saskatoon, SK and Kenneth of Vancouver, BC, sister Joyce of Victoria, BC, brother Herb of Winnipeg, MB and many other nieces, nephews and cousins too numerous to mention.

By her request, there will be no funeral service.

An informal remembrance will take place on Thursday, May 16th, in Oakville, ON.

(April 2, 1925 - May 13, 2013) -Peacefully passed away at the Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington.

Beloved wife of Harry for 62 years. Cherished mother of Donna (Randy) Schinkel of Pickering and Carol Lemon (John Stewart) of England. Predeceased by her sister, Barbara. Loving grand-mother to Paul (Sarah) Schinkel, Matthew (Olanie) Schinkel and Scott Schinkel (Michelle Linn). Proud great-grandmother to Brandon, Ryan, Jonathon, Jadon and Candace Marie.

Caring sister-in-law of Betty and Keith Lush. Life-long friend of Ken (the late Virginia) Dechert of Ancaster, and Ed (Joyce) Jones of Toronto. Marie will be sadly missed by extended family and friends.

Born in Niagara Falls, Ontario, to Herb and Frieda Haynes and graduated from Hamilton General Hospital School of Nursing, class of 1946B. As a registered nurse, she worked in Niagara Falls General Hospital and after married, worked for the Victorian Order of Nursing in St. Catharines.

She was a past president of the Hamilton Health Sciences Volunteer Association. She was an active member of East Plains United Church, serving on many committees. Marie was a longtime member of Probus Club of Burlington, and an avid bridge player.

A Funeral Service will be held at East Plains United Church (375 Plains Road East, Burlington) on Friday at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow.

If desired, as an expression of sympathy, donations made to the East Plains United Church Memorial Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.

STONEMAN, Bradley James

Stoneman_Brradley(November 3, 1958 – May 13, 2013)

Suddenly passed away Monday afternoon, and left us to rejoin his parents William Nelson & Florence Virginia, as well as his siblings William Nelson Jr., William Earl, & Geri Florence. Lovingly remembered by his partner Vanessa Brunetti.

He is survived by his sister Loretta Anne and many nieces & nephews.

Brad was a loving father, not only to his children Kimberlee Ann Roberts & Bradley James Stoneman Jr; but also to his step children Trevor Donovan Roberts, Daniella Antoinette Sciulli & Domonique Arianna Sciulli 

He will be truly missed by all his friends & family, but never forgotten.

Join us as we remember Brad & celebrate his life at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa. Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. and a service will commence at 1:30 p.m.

TOBIN, Brian Patrick -

After a courageous battle with cancer, at St. Joseph's Hospital on May 13, 2013 at the age of 46.

Brian, loving husband of Dalia for 20 years.

He will be sadly missed by his children Connor and Abigail.

Loving son of Alfred and Nellie and son-in-law of Denis and Serafina Moniz.

Wonderful brother of Jeannie (Gary), Francine (Kirkwade), Edward and Arthur.

Lovingly remembered by his many nieces (great), nephews (great), family and friends.

Funeral Mass on Friday, May 17th at 10 a.m. at St. Helen Catholic Church, 1680 Dundas St. W. (just east of Lansdowne Ave.).

Peacefully at Humber River Regional Hospital Church St. Site on Monday, May 13, 2013.

Jim Tomassi, dearly beloved husband for 64 years of Pauline Tomassi (nee Dembowski).

Dear father of Greg and Debra and her husband Richard King.

Loving and proud pop pop of Matthew and his wife Hilary. Dear brother of Norman and Patrick.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 17, 2013 from Transfiguration of Our Lord Church, 45 Ludstone Dr., at 10:30 a.m.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated by the family.
