LOXLEY, James 'Jim' Frederick - Born October 5, 1939 in Toronto, James Loxley died peacefully at the age of 82 on October 12, 2021.
Called Jim, James, Uncle Jim, Jimmy and Pop by those who loved him, he leaves behind his daughter Trisse, dear friend Deb, brothers John and Bill, sisters Bella, Peggy and Mary, his nieces and nephews, and his circle of lifelong friends.
A film and television actor by profession, and one-time graphic designer and boat captain, he was a natural-born artist, storyteller and entertainer, and a fan of the theatre, art exhibits and a great hot dog stand.

TUBIĆ, Nikola - Nikola Tubić, age 82 passed away peacefully at his son’s home in Vancouver, Canada on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.
Born on August 27, 1939 in Čusto Brdo a small village within the municipality of Maglaj, Bosnia and Herzegovina to Petar and Mitra Tubic.
Nikola (also known as Nick) was a loving and devoted husband to his wife Dušanka (nee Lukic) for 58 years, and a loving and proud Dad to his son Goran, daughter, Suzana (nee Tubic) and daughter-in-law, Sheila Tubic (nee Hunter) and son-in-law, Timothy Garey.

BROWN, Michela 'Lina' (nee Adamo) - Michela “Lina” Brown (nee Adamo) was born on September 8, 1959 in Red Lake, Ontario, Canada and passed away on October 12, 2021 in Toronto, Ontario at the age of 62 years.
Lina is the beloved daughter of Diega Adamo and has been reunited with her beloved father Raimondo Adamo.
She is the loving Mother of Marlon Brown, his wife Samantha Thomson-Brown and loving Grandmother Rowan. Cherished sister of Mary Adamo and devoted aunt of Christina (Matt Gregoris), Jonathan O’Brien and great aunt of Louis Gregoris.

She is reunited in heaven with her parents Giovanni and Teresa Boz, her husband Silvio Vaccher and her sisters Paolina, Elena, Felicita and Giovanna.

KOZLOWSKI, Olga - (1931 - 2021) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Olga Kozlowski on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Cummer Lodge in North York, Ontario.
She leaves behind her husband of 69 years, Wally Kozlowski and three children, Steve Kozlowski (Diana), Linda Vella (Paul) and Rick Kozlowski (Lynda Vysoki).

AGOSTINO, Francesco - Francesco Agostino was born on April 7, 1936 in Mammola, Reggio Calabria, Italy and passed away on October 12, 2021 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 85 years.
Francesco is the beloved husband of Fortunata Agostino for 54 years. He is the loving Father of Nicodemo (Roza), Maria Rosa (Bruno Pelaia).
Cherished Grandfather of Salvatore Luca, Francesco, Sarah, Margarita and Alexandra. Loving brother of Antonio Agostino and Elena Sita. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.

ROSS, H. David - Born in Ottawa, Dad lived in Ottawa, Montreal, and latterly in Toronto and Port Hope. He died on October 12, 2021 at the age of 88.
He was predeceased by his parents, Donald and Constance Jean Ross and by his sister Beverly Guy, and is survived by his younger brother, Nick Ross.
Dad was a descendent of Ross settlers in the Margaree Valley of Cape Breton and McLaughlin UEL’s of St. John, New Brunswick. Dad was educated at Upper Canada College and at Trinity College at the University of Toronto. He was a 38 year veteran of Wood Gundy and CIBC Capital Markets from which he retired as a Director and Vice President in 1993.

MacKINNON, Dorothy Elizabeth (nee SHACKLETON) - Passed away peacefully, in her 99th year, on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, while in palliative care at Etobicoke General Hospital with family in attendance.
Born in Guelph, Ontario, as the second oldest of six children she will be remembered by all who knew and loved her as someone whose passion for life was evident in everything she did.
Dorothy served her country proudly as an airwoman with the RCAF during World War II and, after the war, went on to a distinguished career in banking which included being written up in the Financial Times.
As well, she became a licensed Realtor, established and taught her own ceramics group for 17 years, and was recognized as an extremely talented porcelain artist in her own right.

CROWLEY, Joan - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mom and precious nana.
Joan Elaine Crowley passed away, on October 12, 2021.
Joan was born in Windsor, on October 31, 1929, the beloved daughter of the late Jane and Arthur Reaume.
She was predeceased by husbands Joseph and Vincent, a loving mom to predeceased sons, John (Gale), Timothy (Phyllis), her surviving family, Bryan (Allison), Janet (Doug), Lisa (Doug), her 17 grandchildren, her 14 great-grandchildren and her many nieces and nephews.
Joan's greatest love was her family.
Being an only child, she was beyond happy watching her family grow and grow and spending special times with them at the family cottage in Bobcaygeon.

SHEARDOWN, Mary A. (Kehoe) - Passed peacefully on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Chartwell Queen’s Square, in Cambridge.
Daughter of the late Charles Harrison Kehoe and Kathleen Byrne.
Loving mother of Paul (Anne), Ann Marie (Sean) and Carl (Martha). Grandma to Sam (Emily), Devon, Tom (Hayley), Rachel (John), Michael and Jonathan.
Mary graduated from Toronto Normal School in 1950 and taught for more than 33 years – 26 of them at St. Margaret Mary School in Woodbridge, Ontario.

SIDORKIEWICZ, Maria - Passed away on October 12, 2021 peacefully at Kensington Hospice.
Mom was known affectionately as “Babi.” She was loved and cherished by her family, daughters Irene and Terry (Vince), grandchildren Sherry (Victor), Tammy (Cathy) and Marc, and great grandchildren Lindsay, Justin, Bailey and Ashley.
Maria was predeceased by her beloved husband of 42 years, Aleksander, in 1987.
Maria was born in Ukraine where she endured many hardships early in her life, including the famine (Holodomor), when her father and brother died of starvation.
In 1941 she was deported by cattle car to Germany where she was forced by the Nazis to work as a slave labourer, an ostarbeiter.

Our father was born on October 2, 1929, as he kicked off the Great Depression.
He was married for 68 years to his bride: Ruth nee Callaway and after one year, are reunited.
Predeceased by his parents George Gordon and Rachel Beveridge, his stepmother, Ella Gordon, his brother Jack, his sister, Margaret Heath, and son-in-law Brian McCracken.
He is survived by Mark and his wife Kathy; Laura McCracken Ebbrell and her husband John, and Jamie and his wife Kim.
Much loved Grampie of Jennifer, Adam, Emily, Alasdair and Andrew Gordon; James and John McCracken; and Alex and Connor Gordon. Great-grandfather to 8.

Paul was a well-loved and respected coach and teacher for over 45 years, affectionately known by his students as "The Corporal".
Paul lived a fulfilling life as a devoted father, grandfather, husband and friend.
He loved playing, coaching and watching all sports, as well as spending time with his family, most of all at the cottage in Muskoka.

SMITH, Joyce Amelia (Taylor) - Joyce passed away during the early morning hours of October 12, 2021 peacefully and painlessly. At the age of 102, she had lived a long life and was ready to go.
Behind her, she leaves her three loving children, Ron (Lorna), Nelson and Judy (Scott Rattray), seven grandchildren (Taylor, Cameron and Reid Smith, Cedric and Philip Smith, and Dean and Claire Rattray), three great-grandchildren (Madison and Isabella Smith, and Nathan Smith), not to mention friends and a lot of good memories.
Many, many thanks to Fre and the 7th floor nursing staff at The Wexford Residence for their loving care these past five years. We couldn’t have hoped for more.
