She is survived by her sister Diane of Shawinigan, Quebec.

Predeceased by her parents Camille and Fadwa Aboud as well as her sisters Pauline and Esther all of Shawinigan, Quebec. She will be sadly missed by her great friend Linda Smith of Guelph and by her many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, where visitation will take place on Friday, July 10, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Family vigil will be held Friday at 3:30 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Basilica of Our Lady, 28 Norfolk Street, Guelph on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Interment of Ashes at a later date.

Devoted wife of 60 years to George (1917-2000).

Beloved mother of Leanne Kay (Ken) of Guelph, Lynne Grubbs (Shelby) of Chattanooga, TN, and Stephen Dodge (Donna) of Guelph. Proud Grandma of 10 grandchildren - Hilary Anderson Halliday, Ryan Anderson (Darcie), Nate and Jed Grubbs (Jessica Steele), Tory Grubbs Clark (Tom), Christina, Jason (Jessica), Jeff (Andrea), William, and Molly Dodge, and 9 great-grandchildren. Dear friend and sister-in-law of Audrey Weir.

Predeceased by her parents Robert and Sarah Jane Graham, ten brothers and sisters, son-in-law Andy Anderson, and granddaughter-in-law Rebekka Sprouse Grubbs. Jean was the youngest of 11 children raised during the Great Depression. She was feisty, cheerful, highly intelligent, and fiercely loyal to her family. She never missed a school or athletic event. She was a great cook, a gracious hostess, and an energetic volunteer.

She was a dedicated member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, active in various groups, and also served as an elder. She was a volunteer driver as well as an enthusiastic fund raiser for the Canadian Cancer Society.

The family wishes to thank the kind and caring staff at The Elliott where Jean made her home after over 65 years on Stuart Street.

Visitation will be held at the Wall-Custance Funeral Home & Chapel, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Thursday, July 9, 7pm-9pm.

There will be a visitation at 1pm on Friday, July 10 at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 161 Norfolk Street, Guelph followed by the church service at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations be made to the George and Jean Dodge Scholarship Fund (offering financial assistance to technical students at area high schools) at Upper Grand District School Board, 500 Victoria Road N, Guelph, Ontario.

Awesome grandson of Dayle MacCharles and Marilyn Fries. Cherished great grandson of Hilda Johnston and Non-Stop-Fun uncle, nephew, cousin to countless extended family members.

Charles was also a proud and respected member of IBEW Local 804 and will always be remembered.

John owned his own drapery business for many years and drove cab for Red Top Taxi, which he loved well into his retirement, until age 80.

A celebration of John's life will be held at the Wall-Custance Funeral Home & Chapel, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre.

Katherine (Kurys) Goods, in her 91st year, was the wife of the late David Goods (1998).

She was the loving mother of Ann of Newfoundland (late husband Ace Penney), Susan and her husband Bryan Neath, Chris and her husband Gerry Mahoney, and Mary Cook, all of Guelph, and the late Peter Goods. Survived by her daughter-in-law Judy Overland of Guelph. Katherine was the proud grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

She was the dear sister of Jean and her husband Richard Gazzola, Edward Kurys and his wife Lorena, all of Guelph, and Raymond Kurys and his wife Susan of Timmins, and the late Frank Kurys and his wife the late Margaret (Lester).

Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, where the family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

A Vigil for Katherine will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will take place at the Basilica of Our Lady, 28 Norfolk St., Guelph, on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 10 a.m. Interment, Guelph.

Elizabeth Anne Hall (née Forster) was born July 14, 1948 in Lincoln, England.

With her brother and parents, she emigrated to Canada in 1951.

At the age of 23, she graduated from Laurentian University and married her soul-mate and best friend, Gordon. She fashioned a life that brought together her passion for life, travel and adventure. Her love of nature shone through in her wood carvings and her original design quilts, winning the admiration of all and an international award. For 22 years, she designed and finished furniture.

Any spare minute she had was spent on Garden Time!

She loved music and singing, performing beautifully in a trio with her brother, David and sister, Cynthia. She was a friend, counsellor, teacher and second mother to many. A founding member of the Estaire-Wanup Volunteer Fire Department auxiliary, she was a radio dispatcher for the Department for 30 years. Determined to the core, she set the highest goals and reached them all.

Elizabeth died July 5, 2015, surrounded by family.

Predeceased by her brother Peter and parents, William and Nora Forster, she is survived by her husband Gord, sister Cynthia, brother David (Magda), nieces Eve, Joan, Kelly, Emily and nephew Alex.

A “Garden Party” to celebrate her life will be held Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 300 Elbow Lake Road, Estaire from 1-6 pm.

Kaireen Johnston of Orillia, beloved wife of the late William (Bill) Johnston. Loving mother of Ann (Gordon) Divitt of Cambridge, Kairy (Don) Macaulay of Mississauga, Paula (John) Bladon of Orillia, Jane (Stephen) Leigh of Orillia, Jennifer Greco of Newmarket, Tom (Bonnie) Johnston of Orillia.

Also loved by her 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Predeaceased by her 3 brothers.

Born in Renfrew, Ont, Kaireen was a mother, teacher and musician. Most of all, she was a family person, the matriarch of the family who tied us all together. Kaireen was a kind and generous woman who confidently raised 6 children, and contributed to her community by sharing her musical talents through teaching and playing the cello and the violin.

Cremation has taken place.

Wilm was father of Wendy (Dennis), Sande (Rick); and Jack (Ruth); grandfather of Meaghan, Tyler, Kieran, Vanessa, Aaron, Amy, Jeff, Jenn, and Connor, and great-grandfather of Layla, Emma, Mackenzie, and Addie. Dear brother of Doris (Don) and Marian (John) and brother-in-law of Bill (Lorraine).

Predeceased by three brothers, one sister, and a grandson, Christopher.

Born in Sullivan Township in 1929 to Hilda and George Minke, Wilmer was ordained in 1969 after studying at Waterloo Lutheran Seminary. He served parishes in Mildmay-Neustadt, St. Catharines, and Wellesley-North Easthope-Gadshill, retiring to Kitchener.

He loved canoeing, curling, travelling, volunteering at the Food Bank, preparing income tax returns, and hanging out with friends and family at the cottage in Lurgan Beach.  In recent years, he enjoyed extended visits with friends in Cuba.

Visitation at Erb and Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St S, Waterloo, Ontario on Thursday, July 16th from 7 to 9 pm.

Memorial service at St Stephen Lutheran Church, 248 Highland Rd East, Kitchener on Friday, July 17th at 2 pm, with interment of his ashes at Welland at a later date.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Alzheimer Society, Canadian Lutheran World Relief, Global Hunger and Development, or a charity of your choice.

Remembered by her grandchildren Trisha and Demier Rodic of Acton, Brad Harrow of Milverton, Chris and Michelle Harrow of Palmerston, Jonathon and Vanessa Harrow of Conestogo, and Ashley and Devon Geiger of Palmerston; and by her great-grandchildren Jackson Rodic, Zackary Harrow, Brayden Harrow, Paige Harrow, Carter Harrow, and Keaton Geiger.

Sister of Maxine Scholl of Atwood, and sister-in-law of Doris Gordon of Lambeth.

Semple_Berylformerly of RR1 Atwood, passed away peacefully at her residence in Listowel surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with ALS on Sunday July 5, 2015 at the age of 75.

Beryl was a faithful member of Knox Presbyterian Church, Listowel where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday School for many years. She was Past President of Knox Presbyterian W.M.S., volunteered at Youth for Christ in Listowel and was an active member of the Retired Women Teachers Association of Ontario.

After her retirement, she tutored children with learning disabilities and those who struggled with reading, writing and arithmetic. Beryl loved spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren.

Beloved wife of John Semple with whom she would have celebrated 55 years of marriage with on July 30. Loving mother of Karyn (Brad) French, and Brad Semple. Special grandma of Emma and Josh French. Fondly remembered by her nephew Greg and his wife Shannon Byermann and their children Courtney and John. Predeceased by her parents Ken and Ialeen (Stimore) McFarlane and her sister Doreen and husband Melvin (Bob) Byermann.

Loving brother to Biaggio, Anna, Alfredo, Carolina, Giovanna and all their families in Italy. Loved brother-in-law to Nellina (deceased), Graziella, Argentina, Settimio, Pasqualino and all their families in Canada and Italy.

Antonio will be greatly missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends, both in Canada and Italy.

Antonio worked at Galt Malleable Foundry and Inmount. Antonio enjoyed spending time with his family and many good friends, always being a helpful person to all.

Prayers will be offered at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2015 followed by procession to St. Mary's RC Church, 56 Duke St. W., Kitchener for a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m.
