Nesbitt AnnNESBITT, Ann Margaret (Munro)  -  It is with profound sadness that the family of Ann Nesbitt announces her passing peacefully at Hospice Wellington surrounded by love on Saturday April 28, 2018. Born in Toronto on July 18, 1929 to Reginald and Jean Munro.

Loving wife of Joe, beloved mother of Karen (Dave) and Linda (Eric), and beloved and proud Nana of Clarissa and Nicholas, and Sarah (Jay).

Loved sister of Dorothy (Art), Sheila (2017) (Doug), Jeannie (Larry), and Cairine (1981).  Loved sister-in-law of Eileen (2010) (Bruce 2009), Norma (2010) (Haig), Helen, and Hugh (2008) (Marg).  She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Ann loved her family fiercely, and devoted herself to her husband and raising her daughters and grandchildren. She taught us how to love. She volunteered at schools and with Brownies, was a member of knitting groups, and was active in many groups at St George’s Anglican Church. She will be greatly missed, and is at peace now.

There are not words to thank Dr. Moodley, Shelley, Janet, Bonita and her team from Bayshore, Tish and caregivers from Red Cross, and staff and volunteers of Wellington Hospice.

Friends will be received at Wall-Custance funeral home, Guelph, on Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 10 – 11 am.  A Celebration of Life service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11 am. Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Wellington.
