FLYNN, Edward Anthony - retired Sr. Constable of the O.P.P., passed away peacefully at Victoria Manor Nursing Home, Lindsay on Saturday, March 24, 2018 in his 87th year.
Ed leaves behind his wife Cassandra (Sandy nee York), his children Tom Flynn of Toronto, Erin Andersen (Rick) of Pickering, his step-children Becky McManus (Sean), Amanda Prescott of Bobcaygeon, Tim Prescott (Tanya) of Southwold and Lisa Teal of Tichborne.
He leaves behind three grandchildren; Ryan, Kyle and Justin and 9 step-grandchildren; Dylan, Caitlin, Hailey, Nolan, Cole, Dalton, Levi, Chloe and Gage.
Ed was predeceased by his mother Lena, by his sisters Ann, Marie, Irene, Jean, Shirley and by his brother Terry.
Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews.
He will be very much missed by Chrissy, Brian and Tyler Crisp.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Stoddart Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 24 Mill Street, Lindsay K9V 2L1 (705-324-3205) on Tuesday, March 27 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. and on Wednesday, March 28 from 1:00 P.M. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 2:00 P.M. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay.
