Peel WilliamPEEL, William 'Bill'  - May 12, 1948August 16, 2018

With great sadness on August 16th, 2018, Bill lost his battle to cancer and died peacefully with his family by his side.

Gone too soon, he lived his life with a passion for travel, sport, photography, and helping others.

He was an educator. Kind, generous, always thinking of others before himself.

Above all, he loved being surrounded by family and friends who enriched his life immensely. He possessed an exuberance for life that we can only hope to aspire to.

Survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Brenda, his children Saley (Brent), Tyson (Stephanie) and Brendan (Catherine). His grandkids will miss having him in their lifeas they embark on their own journey; Taylor, Ryan, Aurelia, Daphne and Michael.

A private service for family members only will be held at a future date.
Arrangements entrusted to COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1587 Highway #2, Courtice, (905-432-8484).

If you wish, donations can be made to Princess Margaret Hospital – Prostate Cancer Research.

Online condolences may be made at  courticefuneralchapel.com.

“Time to say goodbye. I passed away peacefully with my close family beside me.
My next journey has begun. Sure hope they have bridge cards.
Love to you all.
Cheers Bill.”
