AFONSO, Veronica - Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Ajax/Pickering on Sunday, September 9th, 2018, at the age of 83.
Beloved wife of the late Valentino Afonso.
Loving mother to Richard Afonso (Deby), Maria Afonso, and Lynne Mole (Neil).
Proud Babcia to Garret and Jacob.
Survived by her twin sister Jeannette Buczynski (Mike).
Veronica will be dearly remembered by all of her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Resting at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) with visitation on Thursday, September 13th from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at HOLY FAMILY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 91 Ribblesdale Drive, Whitby on Friday, September 14that 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
