HAMMOND, Dianne - Peacefully, with family by her side passed away on Sunday November 18, 2018 at the age of 84.
Predeceased by her loving husband Ken Hammond.
Sadly missed by her children Gary (Dawn) and Cheryl (Tony).
Cherished grandmother to Jason, Sarah and Evan.
Loving sister in law to Jean and Brian. Predeceased by her siblings Fred and Marilyn.
Dianne will be fondly remembered by all her extended family and friends.
All are welcomed to join for a celebration of life on Sunday December 2, 2018 from 11am-2pm at the McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association in memory of Dianne.
