POLZIN, Agnes "Rhoda" - (1924 - 2018) - Joins in rest her beloved husband, Arnold.
Loving mother of Nancy, Douglas (Marilyn), Ian (Karen), and Sandy (Audrey).
Born in Smiths Falls, Ontario to The Reverend Alexander Raeburn-Gibson and school teacher Laura Maude Fergusson, Supported by her faith, Rhoda learned early the value of compassion and fellowship.
Rhoda's capacity for caring was reflected in both her personal and professional life as a mother and nurse.
As a busy mother of four, she embodied resourcefulness and nurtured a duty of care and an appreciation of nature and the environment that will remain an inspiring legacy for her family.
Rhoda gave of herself generously, selflessly and without expectation to family and friends. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Family and friends will be received at the St. Andrew's Church (35 Church Street North, Ajax, Ontario) from 10:30am until time of service at 11:30 on January 5th.
