MONK, Wavey Gertrude (Knott) - Passed away at her home in Oshawa on Saturday January 12, 2019 at the age of 62. Dear wife of the late Paul Monk.
Loving mother of Paul and his wife Deanna of Brooklin. Predeceased by her daughter Sherry.
Survived by her mother Alice Clark (Gord) of Newfoundland.
Grandmother of Kristan, Kaitlyn, Lauren, Ryker, Steven, Christopher, Keith, Alexis and Nathan.
A celebration of life reception will be held at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Sunday January 27th. Friends and family are invited to come and share memories of Wavey anytime between 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
Memorial donations to Lakeridge Health Foundation (Cancer Care) would be appreciated by the family.
