FINCH, Robert Walter - Bachelor of Architecture January 30, 1938 - January 20, 2019
After a courageous battle with cancer, Bob passed away peacefully at home with his wife and daughters at his side.
Beloved husband to Anne (nee Hodgens) for 55 years, loving father to Cheryl and Debbie (Mike) Delaney and proud Papa to Ryan, Matthew and Julia Delaney.
Dear brother to Jim and the late Barbara Jones.
Loving brother-in-law to John and Lois Hodgens.
Bob graduated from the University of Toronto School of Architecture in 1962 and worked in the private sector and then with Public Works Canada.
He enjoyed golf, curling and his time at the cottage on Cow Island.
He was an avid fan of the Raptors, Blue Jays and Maple Leafs.
Visitation is from 2:00-3:30 p.m. at McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax, on Friday, January 25, 2019, with a memorial service following at 3:30 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation or the Toronto Zoo would be appreciated by the family.
