Sikora EileenSIKORA, Eileen Alice (nee Sullivan)  - September 27, 1923February 2, 2019

Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health – Oshawa on Saturday, February 2nd, 2019 in 96th year.

Beloved mother of David (Lynda) Marden and Joan Reid (Kevin Bolger).

Proud grandmother of Deborah (Joey) Bross, Melanie Marden, Keith Reid, Lisa (Kevin) Little, Steven and Karen.

Great grandmother of Katelyn, Ben, Arianna, Cody, Brian and Brielle.

Great great grandmother of Jake Peak. Predeceased by her parents James and Alice Sullivan and by her brothers John, Allan, Michael and her sister Rosemary,Eileen was the eldest of nine children, she is survived by her siblings Kenny, Ellen, Maureen and Pat.

Will be deeply missed by her family and her cat Blackie.

Eileen was born in London, England on September 27th, 1923, Eileen’s life was not an easy life, but she did the best she could for her family, caring and working hard to provide for them.

After all her challenges she retired, to enjoy her time with family and friends.

Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, February 5th from 2:00 p.m. until time of Service in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m.

Burial at Mount Lawn Cemetery to follow.

Donations to the Durham Humane Society would be appreciated.
