LYON, Marlene (Edwards) - Peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital on Family Day February 18, 2018, after a long heroic fight, Marlene went to join her son Rob.
Born in Roseneath, Ont. on July 25, 1934, she is survived by her family Jim (Rose), Kelly, Joanne, Steve (Lisa).
She is the loving Framma to Alex (Amanda) and Travis, cherished Gramma to Connor and Cameron.
Sisters Ardy and Fran will miss her terribly.
Mom was well known for many things.
Her baking, knitting but nothing as famous as the fish that didn't get away - all 34.5 lbs of it!
If you knew Mom you knew the fish story!
There will be a celebration of life in July.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Trans Canad Trail would be appreciated by the family.
Mom, Rob & Charlie are together again.
