Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, on Monday April 8th, 2019, at the age of 84.
Beloved husband of Shirley Bramley for sixty-one years.
Loving father of Lori Scott (Kevin) of Whitby and the late Mark Bramley (Nancy) formerly of Port Perry.
Dear grandfather of Samantha and Liam, Ross and Bob Scott. Neil will be greatly missed by his dear friends and family.

Please join us for a Celebration of Neil’s life on Saturday May 4th, 2019 at ST. STEPHEN’S UNITED CHURCH located at 1360 Simcoe St N, in Oshawa. Family will be receiving guests at 2:30 pm followed by the Memorial Service beginning at 3:30 pm with refreshments to follow.
