Joan, at the age of 77.
Beloved wife of the late Victor Morand.
Loving mother of Jennifer Wiebe and husband Jim, Lawrence Morand and wife Airiel, Christopher Morand and girlfriend Rachel, and Glen Morand.
Dear grandmother of Barbara, Jay, Laura, Philip, Lorna and Joshua.
Predeceased by brother Lorne Belford and sister Muriel Belford.

A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, April 18th, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
