Loved brother of James, Jake and Brittany-Anne. Dear grandson of Jim, Kathy, Chantal, Ted, Sidney, Josie, Nancy and the late Jim Poulakis.
Missed by his godmother, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call at Whitby Free Methodist Church, 1916 Rossland Road East, Whitby on Wednesday May 22nd from 10 am until service time at 12 noon. Interment Oshawa Union Cemetery.
