RERECICH, Marino Alesio Sr. - Passed away peacefully on July 6, 2019. Loving husband of Andreina.
Beloved father of Jane (Henry) and Marino Jr.
Nonno of Amie (Kyle) and Jessica (Brian).
Dear brother of Carmen and the late Antonio.
Marino loved to socialize, dance, sing and play his harmonica.
Marino and Andreina travelled to Lake Simcoe to their boat housed in a covered boat slip, much like going to a parked trailer, it was their escape. He only boated on Lake Simcoe, swam, ate and fished.
Marino and Andreina loved to travel and enjoyed many escapes to their condo in Treasure Island, many trips to various resorts in Cuba and trips home to Unije, Croatia.
Marino and Andreina were faced with the hardship of having a son with many health and physical challenges, he never faltered in his love and care for their son.
Visitation will be held at the DESTEFANO FUNERAL HOME, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595 on Thursday, July 11th from 12:30-2:30pm.
A Funeral Service will be held in the DeStefano Chapel at 2:30pm. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Whitby.
