CANAVAN, John Andrew "Jack"  - January 25, 1936 - July 21, 2019

Known to most as Jack, a kind, wonderful Husband, Dad, Father-In-Law, Papa, Papa Jack and friend to so many!

Passed on Sunday, July 21, 2018 at the age of 83, surrounded by his family, after battling an unabating Brain Cancer.

Jack was incredibly active. He loved to golf, walk, bowl, and complete endless puzzles. He was the handy man for all his families homes and thrived when spending time with family and friends.

He was a man of few words however, one of the best listeners with a grateful and big heart.

Gone too soon, however, he lived a blessed life and will be dearly missed.

Survived by his loving wife Gail of 60 years, son Kevin (Cathy), daughter Sherri (Tony), 5 grandchildren Stephanie (Jason), Ashley, Amanda (Samuel), Justin and Megan (Kyle), and his most recent blessings of 6 great grandchildren; Carson John, Avery, Declan, Ronan Jack, Alivia and Nora.

A Celebration of Life will take place at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge, on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 from 6p.m. to 8p.m.

In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or Toronto Western Hospital.
