CARR, John Hartman 'Jack' - (March 30, 1937 – August 29, 2019)
Passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday, August 29th, 2019, at the age of 82.
Jack is survived by his sister Janet Barton (Cliff) of Peterborough, niece Heather Barton (John McAuley) of Ottawa, nephew Robert Barton, Ashley and Christopher Barton of Peterborough and niece Penny Norton-Hall of Oshawa.
Greatly admired uncle to many for his appreciation of science, space, board games, firework displays and hosting yearly parade celebrations.
Cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West on Saturday, September 7th from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson Canada or the CHARITY of your choice.
