CAVALLARI, Michele - Passed away with his family by his side on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, in his 83rd year.
Beloved husband of Maria for 60 years.
Loving father of Tony, Lorenzo (Janet) and Nick (Patrizia).
Cherished Nonno of Michael, John, Aniek (Cameron), Frankie, Daniel, Samantha, Brianna and Veronica and Bisnonno of Anthony, Jacob, Paizlea, Harlan and Griffin.
Dear brother of Giuseppe (Giuseppina) and Carmela (Luigi) and brother-in-law of Iolanda (Giuseppe) and Anna (Arnaldo).
Predeceased by his parents Antonio and Nicolina, his siblings Fedele, Filomena (Annibale) and Maria and his brothers-in-law Mario and Alessio. Michele will be fondly remembered by all his family and friends.
He was a longtime member of Knights of Columbus, St. Leo’s Parish.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King St. E).
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 20 , 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church (130 Watford St., Brooklin). Entombment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Sharelife.
