STRAUB, Jacob Raymond-Lee - July 9th, 2019 - September 11, 2019
It is with heavy hearts that we say good-bye to our precious baby boy.
Baby Jacob, beloved son to Jasmine McCoy & Daniel Straub.
He is survived by his four siblings, Jaxson, Janell, Braydon and twin brother Logan.
His grandparents, Steve and Suzanne Beacock, Neely Ann McCoy & Peter Hunter.
His great grandparents, aunts & uncles, cousins as well as a host of loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 16, 2019 at Low and Low Funeral Home, Port Perry from 1:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel, followed by reception upstairs.
