SHMYR, Paul Anthony - It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Paul on Saturday, October 5th, 2019 in the company of his loving family.
Beloved husband of Janis for 48 years.
Devoted dad of James (Melissa), Dave (Lorraine, Amanda) and Bonnie (Peter).
Loving Papa and grandpa to Alex, Clayton, Tyler, Kylie, Emily, William, Xavier and Zoey and great grandfather of Jasper.
Paul will be deeply missed by his brothers Gary (Linda) and Dave (Eva), his mother Dorothy, in-laws William and Jean Godfrey, Scott (Lisa) and Jody.
Lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews and many friends.
A special Thank You to nurses and Doctors on the 7th floor at Lakeridge Health-Oshawa - the acute Cardiac Ward for their care and compassion of Paul and his family.
A Private family Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
