BOROVSKA, Stefaniya Borovska - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 74, after a courageous battle.
Predeceased by her husband Pavlo Borovskiy and her daughter Oksana.
Loving mother of Oleksandra (Igor) Marchalok and Luba (Peter) Lawryshyn.
Cherished Baba of Luba (Victor), Michael (Tetyana), Roman, Diana, Maryana, and Pavlo.
Survived by her brother Mykhaylo in Ukraine.
Stefaniya will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
She will be remembered for her relentless energy, devotion to her family, love of helping people and her passion for gardening and riding around town on her scooter.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2019 from 6-9 p.m. with Panachyda at 7:30 p.m. at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King St. E., Oshawa ON).
A Mass of Divine Liturgy will be held on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 10 a.m. at ST. GEORGE THE GREAT MARTYR UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (597 Albert St.).
Interment to follow at St. Wolodymyr & St. Olha Cemetery.
