MOSHER, Ernest Edward - (1928 - 2019) - Ernie passed away on November 13, 2019 surrounded by family at the age of 91.
He left behind five daughters, Carol Mosher, Brenda Mosher-van Hoof (John van Hoof), Judy Trunks (Harry Trunks), Sharon Mosher (Erik Jensen) and Diane Lavoie (Vince Lavoie).
Wait, there's more...he also left behind seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. With his late wife, Agnes Mosher, he created a family built on much love, laughter and devotion.
Ernie had seen some hard times in his life. Most notably, when serving in the Korean War (for which we are humbly grateful) and for living in a one-bathroom home with five daughters and his wife. To this day, we're still not sure which was worse.
But he saw many more beautiful things in his life. He watched his daughters grow up in and eventually leave the house on Liverpool Rd to start families of their own and careers of their own. He saw many family dinners filled with lots of yelling and lots of love and he was always up for a game of Crib or Gin Rummy.
Visitation at McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax on November 17th from 2:00 - 4:00 PM., and 7:00 - 9:00 PM. Funeral Service in the Chapel, on November 18th at 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM.
