JOHNSON, Pamela Willmot  – Pam passed away peacefully on Friday November 22, 2019 in her 77th year after battling dementia since 2012.

Predeceased by her parents Edgar and Francis Bracken.

Beloved wife of Ken for over 57 years and dear mother of sons Brian (Lisa) of Burlington, Gordon (and partner Andrea Barone and her son Alex) of Florida, and Andrew (Allison) of Vancouver.

Grandmother of Connor, Tyler and Cooper of Burlington Ontario, Lucas and Caitlyn of Vancouver.

Surviving also are sisters Janice Yager of Port Dover Ontario, Marlene Smith of Hamilton Ontario brother Frederick Bracken of Bracebridge Ontaro, and brother and sister in law Allison and Thelma Johnson of PEI, and sister in law Lillian MacLean.

Pam was born in Hamilton, Ontario, where after completing her schooling, commenced working for the Hamilton Board of Education and later with the Burlington Public Library.

In 1978, Pam purchased The Bookcellar, a long-standing quality bookstore in Hamilton and operated that business until 1986 when she sold it in anticipation of moving to Ottawa with her husband Ken. After 11 years in Ottawa, she and Ken moved to Brechin, Ontario in 2001 to enjoy their retirement.

Pam and her husband were part of a number of Founding Members of Talbot Creek Community Church in Brechin, Ontario where services commenced in 2006.

Cremation has taken place there will be no funeral service.
