STEVENSON, Clifford Deane - Passed away in Oshawa on Wednesday November 27th, 2019 at the age of 90.
Beloved husband of Marjorie (nee Smith) for 60 years.
Dear father of Arlie (John Rayson) of Whitby and John Stevenson of Victoria.
Much loved Poppa of Laura, Brianna and Mark.
Predeceased by sister Ruby (Moe Caron) and brothers Duncan (Orleta) and George.
Brother-in-law of Phyllis Hermann (late Doc).
Predeceased by brothers-in-law Elgin (Grace), Caldwell (Pam) and Murray (Sharon Surviving).
Born on the family farm in Campbell’s Bay Quebec, Clifford was a long-time employee of Ontario Hydro.
He was active in his church, as well as a Gideon and in later years a member of the Shawville Rotary.
With a quiet manner and a keen sense of humour, he was most of all a family man and a truly wonderful husband, dad and poppa, who was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
Visitation at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Monday December 16th, from 12:00 Noon until time of Memorial Service in the Barnes Chapel Monday at 1:00 p.m.
In memory of Clifford, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
