NEWDICK, Doris Elizabeth (Betty) (nee HARE) - Passed away peacefully on November 21, 2019 in her 93rd year.
Born in Oshawa, November 18, 1926 to Charles Edgar and Doris Hare (nee Irvin).
Betty was the beloved and cherished wife of (the late) Peter Edward Newdick.
Adored mother of Peter, John and Paul and loving Nana of Austin and Jason Newdick.
Sister of the late Gordon Hare of Oshawa.
Betty was a kind, generous and loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She will be in our hearts forever.
Dedicated to her volunteer and charity work, Betty faithfully served Sunnybrook Health Science Centre for over 40 years and St. John's Anglican Church, since the early 1960's.
A private family service will be held on December 7th at 2 pm at St. John's Anglican Church, 19 Don Ridge Road, North York.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Margaret Bahen Palliative Hospice, 653 Queen Street, Newmarket ON, or St. John's Anglican Church. "Thank you EVER so much!"
