It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Jade, beloved daughter of Kelly Hogan, and James Jones.
Jade will be deeply missed by her many friends, family, and students.
Friends and Family are invited to call at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge, Ontario, on Friday December 6, 2019 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 – 9:00 p.m., and again on Saturday December 7, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m.
