SMITH, Jean Alice (nee Walker) - Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 2, 2020 in her 79th year.
Beloved and cherished wife to Austin, her horse's ass for 57 years.
Devoted mother to Terry (Mary) and Lorianne (Steve).
Proud nanny to Kaleigh (Mike), Patrick (Carole), Kristina (Matt), Brandon, Rebecca (Branden), Kara (David) and Lauren, and proud great- nanny to Emma, Lawson, Lucas, Jackson, Loressa, Jacob, Jameson and Cassidy.
Predeceased by her brothers Vic, Ron, Jim and Bryan.
Jean will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will receive friends at Mount Lawn Funeral Home, Whitby, on Wednesday January 8th from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. A service will be held in the chapel at 2:30 p.m. Reception to follow.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Critical Care Unit at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, for their compassionate care and support.
