ANAND, Elaine Beatrice (nee Jeffers) - Passed away peacefully in her sleep, at her home, on January 20, 2020 at the age of 70.
Adored mom of Deidre Channer (David ), Romona Anand-James (Alistair), Rohina Rawlinson (Quenton), Trisha Anand and Alyssa Anand.
She was also a loving grandmother of sixteen.
Elaine will be dearly missed by her longtime partner and best friend Kenric Nedd, his children and grandchildren.
She also leaves behind many, many siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Those who knew Elaine will remember her for her warm smile, kind heart, enormous generosity, amazing culinary skills, love and devotion to her family and strong faith in the Lord.
Friends may pay their respects at THORNTON CEMETERY and FUNERAL CENTRE, 1200 Thornton Road, North Oshawa, (south of Taunton Road and off of Dryden Blvd,( 905-579-6787) on Friday, February 7 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. for the viewing, and at MILESTONE CHRISTIAN CENTRE (610 Monarch Ave. Ajax, ON (905-426-2582) on Saturday February 8 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral at 11 a.m.
