CLOSE, Douglas Ray - (December 24, 1939 – April 6, 2020)
Douglas passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday April 6, 2020 in his 81st year.
Loving husband of Marguerite for 55 years. Devoted father of Donna (Tom) and Kenneth (Orly).
Proud grandfather of Amelie, Jordan and Cyrus. Douglas leaves behind his brothers Maurice and Jack (Marilyn). He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by many other nieces, nephews and close friends.
Predeceased by his sister Carol (11 months old) and his parents Mable and Cecil.
Family will be holding a private visitation and graveside service on Tuesday April 14th at Mount Lawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, Whitby.
