HODDER, Irene (nee Paterson) - It is with profound sadness we announce our beloved Mother, Irene Hodder (nee Paterson) passed away at Scarborough Hospital on Tuesday June 16th, 2020 in her 87th year.
She battled Lewy Body Dementia Disease for more than a decade. We take great comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering and has been reunited with our late father, Robert (Bob) Hodder.
Irene was a strong independent woman who enjoyed her working days at various organizations and had many good friends over the years. She also volunteered at Red Cross for a number of years.
She leaves behind her daughter Sharon, son John (Nancy) and will be sorely missed by her two grandsons Graham and Colin.
Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
