WELDER, Joanne Catherine - Age 56, of Pickering, Ontario, passed away June 20th, 2020, with her family by her side.
She was born to Stanley and Claudine Ackermann on October 28th, 1963 in Vancouver, British Colombia. Joanne graduated from high school and received a legal secretary diploma in Vancouver.
She was married to Alberto Giuliani in 1992, and they lived together in Port Coquitlam, shortly before moving to the Greater Toronto Area.
Joanne is survived by her Husband Alberto Giuliani, her son Nicholas Giuliani of Pickering, Ontario; and her daughter Catherine Rethoret of Bowmanville, Ontario.
Joanne is also survived by her mother Claudine, and her brother Gordon Ackermann of Vancouver, British Columbia.
Joanne was a loving mother and wife who fought hard every day of her life and touched everyone with her infectious laugh and her warm kind heart. Joanne was very proud of her family, and leaves behind a family that loves her dearly.
Joanne gave the tools her children needed to succeed in life and they will never forget the positive impact that had on their lives.
Joanne was her Husband’s best friend and companion and he will never forget all the joy she brought to his and their children’s lives.
