MERCER, Judith Gail 'Judy' - (October 9th, 1951 - June 24th, 2020)
It is with great sadness that the family of Judith Gail “Judy” Mercer announces her unexpected passing on June 24, 2020 at the age of 68.
Loving wife of Bill Mercer for 47 years.
Much loved mother of Shane and his wife Debbie and Shannon and her husband Ken. Cherished Grandma of Justin, Chloe and Liam.
Predeceased by her father Arthur Mercer and mother Daisy Mercer (Peddle).
Dear sister of her brother Herb and wife Pearl, sister Florence (late Angus), brother Art and wife Millie, late brother Wayne (surviving wife Mary), sister Pat and husband Harold and brother Tony and wife Valerie.
Lovingly remembered by all of her nieces and nephews and extended family.
Judy always had a love and desire to travel home to be with family in Newfoundland with a deep desire to one day again reside there.
Judy’s love, generosity and compassion was shared with those who were fortunate enough to have known her. She will be deeply missed by all friends and family.
Private family service will be held at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N., Whitby.
