VANSLYKE, Barry - (March 8, 1970 – July 13, 2020)
It is with great sadness that the family of Barry Scott Vanslyke announces his passing, peacefully with his best friend for life and best buds by his side on July 13th, 2020, at the age of 50, following a brief battle with cancer.
Loving husband and childhood sweetheart for 35 years to Nicole (Rogers).
Extremely proud father of Ryan and Matthew. Predeceased by sons Jacob and Joshua.
Barry was the son of the late Howard and Jean Vanslyke and cherished little bro of Fred (Carol), Gerald (Sharon), Dan, Larry (Bev), and Brian (Linda).
Loving son-in-law of Albert and Sandra Rogers and brother-in-law to Chris (Kim).
Barry will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews, co-workers and friends.
A private service will take place.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Barry’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Charles H. Best Diabetes
Centre.
