BROUWER, George  - (1956 - 2020)  George Brouwer was received into the arms of his loving Father on July 27, 2020, surrounded by his family, after complications due to a tragic accident.

His last activities speak to what he loved most - farming and family.

Taken too soon for those who loved him, George lived a full and thoughtful life.

He worked hard and always had time for his family.

George is lovingly remembered by his wife Emma, five children, Leah (Marc), Alan (Nicole), David (Meagan), Steven (Kayti), and Emmalie, and seven grandchildren, Grace, Beau, Lauren, Summer, Walter, McKenna and Emma.

Dear brother and brother-in-law of Rick, Albert, Trish (Barry), Diana (Rob), John (Janet), Jack (Carol), Ralph (deceased) (Jenny), Glen (Judy), and Liz (Gary). He is survived by his father, Ale, and mother-in-law, Corrie, and predeceased by his mother, “Atje (Ann)” and father-in-law, John.

He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Family was always important to George and he will be deeply missed.

We are heartbroken that, due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will not be able to remember George’s life publicly with his friends and community.

A private family funeral and interment with Hope Christian Reformed Church.

If friends desire, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to World Renew.
