It is with great sadness that the family of Patricia Helen Wilkinson (nee Hart) announces her passing on Thursday, August 13, 2020.
Pat passed away in the comfort of her home, doing what she loved, sharing a laugh with one of her best friends.
Loving mother to Cory, Donny (Angie) and Megan.
Proud Nana (Fee-Fi-Fo-Fum) to Ryerson.
Cherished sister to Bill (Paula) and JoAnne (Mike) and predeceased by parents Cyril and Jean and sisters Sharon and Margaret.
Pat’s big heart and unconditional love will be deeply missed by her family, extended family and circle of friends.
Cremation will take place followed by a celebration of life at a later time.
