MEIER, Dylan Joseph and Levon Herman - Were born October 21st, 2020 and passed away in the arms of their loving parents on October 21, 2020.
They are survived by their parents Kelsey and Matthew, their big sister Isabel Lydia.
Their Nanny Shirley Connelly, Papa Dave Henning and their Grandpa, Guy Connelly and by their Uncle Kevin Connelly. Their paternal grandparents Dave and Theresa Meier and Uncle Scott Meier.
Kelsey and Matt would like to thank friends and family for their love and support during this difficult time.
