Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa Hospital on Monday November 30, 2020 at the age of 92.
Devoted husband to the late Stasia.
Loving father to Zdzislaw (Christine), Danusia (Steven) and Adam.
Proud grandfather to Adam, Matthew, Jennifer, Erin and Lauren.
Jan will be greatly missed by his many extended family and friends in England and Poland.
